Lately, I’ve been so drawn to black accessories and interiors, I’m tempted to redo my entire house in this classic hue (well, ok, not my entire house, but I definitely want a splash of it just about everywhere). I think that with everything going on in the world, too-bright color palettes or loud patterns just feel off somehow. I’m craving a bit of steadiness, which for me means a return to the classics, and nothing feels more classic than a bold and beautiful shade of black. I've gotta say, when it comes to vases, West Elm nails it every time. Their latest collection features these gorgeous all-black beauties in a range of shapes and sizes and I'm in love. Need a single bud vase? Done. Want to create a collection of silhouettes on your mantel? Done. With these ultra-stylish ceramic numbers, you literally can't go wrong.

NO. 2 ALL-BLACK BATHROOMS

Does this bathroom give you all the luxe and drama vibes, or what? There's just something about the combo of deep and muted floors and walls that feels calming and oh-so-inviting. The trick to making this look work, though, is to contrast it with lighter elements to make the black pop. Gold, wood, and crisp white linens always do the trick!

I'm always on the hunt for another throw pillow to add to my collection - especially one that has the perfect blend of classic and contemporary style. This little black striped one does the trick, no doubt, and I can just picture it nestled right in the center of my living room sofa. It might seem simple, but I swear, even the addition of one new pillow can make a room feel totally new.
