Job Description

We are a growing Interior Design studio looking to add to our creative team. The position of Project Manager is for a part-time independent contractor. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who loves working with people, is organized, and is looking for a position they can grow into. If you have a background in design and experience with managing projects let’s talk!

Job Responsibilities

- Regular communication with clients and trades to keep the project running smoothly

- Attend meetings and take notes

- Measure clients homes and draft floor plans

- Visit vendor showrooms to collect samples for client presentations

- Create specification sheets for finish selections on remodel jobs 

- Manage proposals, purchase orders, and invoices to clients and vendors

- Set up deliveries and installations at the completion of a project 

- Assist with photoshoot styling

Qualifications

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software for creating floorplans and elevations 

- Familiarity with online management programs would be helpful- specifically IVY

- Comfortable working directly with clients, vendors, and contractors 

- Must have a car, computer, and drafting software
